About Loom Psychology

I am a Clinical Psychologist with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life's challenges and achieve their goals. I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, and I am committed to providing a supportive and empowering environment where my clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop self-awareness, and make positive changes in their lives.

I draw from a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy (MBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to tailor my interventions to each client's unique needs. I believe in building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a safe space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes.

I am particularly interested in working with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with couples to strengthen their relationships and families to enhance communication and foster a supportive home environment.

My goal is to help my clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, cultivate resilience, and achieve their full potential. I am committed to providing compassionate, personalized care and helping my clients embark on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth.
